Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our team in various tasks.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
