Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback to management on product issues, inventory, and any operational concerns.
• Contribute to inventory counts and ensure accuracy, following cash and security procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and perform assigned duties responsibly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Capable of operating equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is advantageous.
