Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and inventory issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Experience in retail environments preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
