Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide prompt, courteous service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
