Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate in this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
