Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store surroundings, and arrange merchandise neatly.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory counts, and any issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
