Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked with products.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and maintain product displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
