Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and enhance the shopping experience for all patrons.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
