Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Report product issues, manage inventory counts, and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned tasks professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Combination of education and relevant experience considered.
