We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
