Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, communicate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory activities, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently or in a team, and uphold company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
