Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and display merchandise neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash procedures to minimize losses and follow company policies.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- General cleaning abilities to company standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
