Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and display merchandise neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash procedures to minimize losses and follow company policies.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • General cleaning abilities to company standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
