Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Education: High School Diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
