Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, from cashiering and stocking product to providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
