Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, keep shelves and displays organized, and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer experiences.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and handle tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Efficiently use equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
