Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Communicate clearly with store management and provide feedback on product issues and inventory
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy
  • Handle cash transactions following established procedures to minimize losses
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate equipment efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
