Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
  • Assist customers with shopping, perform cashier duties, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of operating equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience may be considered.
