Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Manage customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with colleagues and managers
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company procedures, maintain confidentiality, and perform assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Basic cleaning skills and adherence to company policies
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales
- Prior retail experience is preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus
