Responsibilities

  • Manage customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with colleagues and managers
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Follow company procedures, maintain confidentiality, and perform assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Basic cleaning skills and adherence to company policies
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities
  • Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales
  • Prior retail experience is preferred

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a retail environment is a plus
