Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, product displays are attractive, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Processing customer purchases and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
  • Providing courteous and helpful customer service.
  • Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
  • Participating in inventory management and ensuring accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
