Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting customers and working collaboratively with the team.
• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and keep the store organized.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory, product feedback, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous service and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
