Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, including stocking, lifting, and cleaning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
