Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining stocked shelves, and ensuring a clean store environment. A Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, this role offers an opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and provide feedback to management
  • Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures
  • Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
