Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the stock levels in the store.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain shelves and displays.
  • Assist and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
