Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. The role involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to safeguard documents and data.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and polite customer service.
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands and safety requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
