Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure efficient store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves, merchandise displays, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
