Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains in top condition. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Acts Competencies while performing daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and neatly display merchandise.
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, and participate in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality of data.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Capable of operating a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
