Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
