Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Experience in retail and operating a cash register is a plus.
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Combination of education and experience is considered.
