Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Skilled in using store equipment such as a hand jack and floor scrubber.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
