Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of safely using equipment and following company policies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
