Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and efficient stocking of merchandise.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tidiness by restocking products, cashiering, and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and resolving inquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding cash handling and inventory management.
  • Engage in inventory counts and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Capability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask effectively.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
