Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Full-Time position
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and handle customer purchases efficiently.
• Contribute to inventory management, including monitoring accuracy and assisting with inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and confidential store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Capacity to operate store equipment and handle general cleaning duties.
