Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by maintaining product displays, cashiering, and upholding high standards of cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and handle general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
