Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, this role involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Follow cash handling procedures, inventory management guidelines, and company policies.
• Contribute to store inventory counts, minimize losses, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide efficient customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficient in handling equipment such as hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and with a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
