Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our store associates, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking and organizing products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service.
  • Experience in retail operations is a plus.
