Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and stock maintenance. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to ensure the store is well-organized and customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cash register accuracy.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
