Job Description
Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational challenges.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security.
- Perform assigned duties and responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is an asset.
- A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
