Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational challenges.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security.
  • Perform assigned duties and responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
  • Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask efficiently.
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is an asset.
  • A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
