Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Effectively perform all duties outlined for the role, including cashiering, merchandising, and cleaning.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts as required.
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
