Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to deliver exceptional service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, handle cash transactions, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Skills in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Effective communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
