Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise displays are attractive, and customers receive exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
