Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Handle customer purchases and provide top-notch customer service.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies to maintain store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
