Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining store operations. As part of our team, you will merchandise, stock products, operate the cash register, and ensure a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management procedures.
  • Follow company policies, maintain document security, and handle tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
