Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and comply with cash policies to minimize errors.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
