Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked.
• Deliver top-notch customer service, assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, manage inventory, and adhere to company policies.
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and handle merchandise efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and stay organized.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
