Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and other store matters
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Follow cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines
  • Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols
  • Perform additional assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess strong customer service and communication skills
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Ability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
