Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well stocked, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This full-time position offers competitive starting pay at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses through compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
