Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and comply with cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at Aldi.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
