Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, cashiering, and general store upkeep.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their store experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and handle transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Capable of following instructions, multitasking, and staying organized.
