Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock merchandise neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
