Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborating with team members and management, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and handle general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and potential improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
